Hidden Histories
As part of the Birmingham Rep’s 100 Birthday celebrations, Hidden Histories has been taking place at the Old Rep in Station Street. This is a chance to explore some of the nooks and crannies of the Old Rep and see some of the stories that perhaps may have taken place there.
I have written a piece for this called Gwen and Edith, based on two amazing, slightly eccentric actresses who were not overly pleased with some of the notes George Bernard Shaw gave them before opening night of his epic work Back to Methuselah in 1924.
Tickets are free however there are only a few dates remaining. Further information on the Hidden Histories series can be found here and booking information here.
