In 2025 I became artist in Residence for LeftCoast in an area of Blackpool called Claremont. Working with locals and community groups I listened, asked questions and gathered stories. I also had a lot of tea and coffee and a game of bingo. Below you can read the story I created as a result of my time in Claremont and the installation created for Lightpool. Being born and raised in Blackpool I loved it, the people I met and their resilience.
