about the project
Tappin’ In is a large-scale community project tackling loneliness and isolation for a diverse range of Coventry individuals by learning a new skill, meeting new people, sharing stories and exploring their own creativity. Tappin’ In will ultimately culminate in over 100 participants taking over the streets of Coventry with a mass co-created tap-story, moving through the city ending with a spectacular finale.
This initial stage is a pilot supported by Heart of England Road to 2021 Fund and Arts Council Project Grants, and has tested ideas with a group of Co-Creators, working with partners Midland Heart.
We are looking to invite more groups to take part in the Large Scale outdoor version of this project in 2021 if this is something you might be interested in please do get in touch via the contact page
